Fantasy! Fantasy! Fantasy!

I know I see a war between art and design that many of my colleagues don’t see. I’m not sure it matters to me that I convince anyone else; perhaps the most important thing is that this distinction organizes my thoughts and approach.

I’ve been thinking about the show. What I’ve wanted to do was to show my design thinking, etc. But actually, a show is no place for design. A show is inherently about art.
Design is about art doing work. A show is fun + inherently pointless. Graphic design which is the star of a show is no longer design, but art. Let it be art! Art! Art!
